Before therapy begins, your child must undergo several assessments to find out where they are at behaviorally, academically and socially. These assessments greatly aid us in tailoring a program that is individualized for your child. Below are examples of some of the assessments:
We are now offering one-on-one sessions at our office in Red Oak. This environment allows us to set a foundation for your child to learn academic, social and life skills in a safe and quiet place. We believe this structure will help them in reaching their goals and normalize their skill sets in every situation they encounter.
Given enough same aged children, social groups can be formed. 3-4 children will be grouped together and they will go out in to a natural environment to work on targeted skills. Social groups usually occur on Saturdays. The focus of social groups is to learn how to work together, cooperate, and to form friendships.
**DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC SOCIAL GROUPS ARE NOT OFFERED AT THIS TIME**
We are currently serving families with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, some United Healthcare plans, and private pay. We are in negotiations with other carriers in hopes of reaching more families in need of ABA Therapy for their children. Contact our office for more information.
